Our History
Opened in November of 2004 by George Ghaby, Hill Street Cafe Burbank is a continuation of the great level of service and food quality that started in 1992 at our family restaurant's original location in La Cañada. At one point, this was one of 3 restaurants owned by the family, but after selling the Glendora location in 2004, and the La Cañada location in 2006, our Burbank location is the only one owned by Charbel Ghaby. The name "Hill Street Cafe" is an homage to the street name of our first location in La Cañada. We wanted our customers to know we're the same family with the same dedication to exceptional customer service and great food.
